How do I remove participants from my group?

When you are in the My portal space, go to the "Manage your group of participants" section and click on the name of the group from which you want to remove participants.Click on the "Group members" tab To remove one participant at a time, click on "Remove" (trash can icon) at the end of the line corresponding to this participant. To quickly identify the attendee, you can start typing their name or email address in the search field. Click "OK" in the validation window that opens. To remove multiple participants at once, select them by clicking on the icon to the left of each participant's name and click on the "Delete" button on the right. Click "OK" in the validation window that opens.

How do I add participants to my group with their email address?

How do I extend an access?

Simply click on the green "Extend 30 days" button next to the name of the person for whom you wish to extend the access. It is very important to note that one access will be automatically deducted from your group. An error message will appear if you no longer have accesses available in your group. A purchase will then be necessary to prolong the access of the person concerned.
