It is important to ergo.entrac.ca to respect and protect the User’s privacy. This is why we are committed to respecting the confidentiality of the personal information we collect.

Collection of personal information

We collect the following information:

The personal information collected allows ergo.entrac.ca to open an account in the User’s name, process their order and compile statistics.

By completing the forms or questionnaires submitted by ergo.entrac.ca, the User agrees that this information will be used for commercial purposes, under the conditions indicated above. A User can, at any time, correct or oppose the processing of information concerning them, by contacting us by email or by post. The questionnaires completed as part of a program purchased by the customer remain completely confidential.

We will never ask a User by e-mail to provide us with confidential data (credit card number, passwords). In addition, it is suggested that each Internet user take all appropriate measures to protect their personal data when browsing the Internet network.

Log files and cookies

We use Google Analytics services which collect certain information through log files and cookies. This mainly concerns the following information:

  • Visited pages and queries
  • Time and day of connection

The use of such files allows us to improve our service and for statistical purposes. We do not collect any information that allows Google Analytics to personally identify an individual.

Right of opposition and withdrawal

We are committed to offering the User the right to oppose and withdraw their personal information collected when they make a purchase. They can unsubscribe from our emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails. They may contact us in writing at info@entrac.ca to remove their other personal information from our lists.
